Wonderful property located in Cala Salada, not far from the beach and about 5min driving from San Antonio and 20min from Ibiza.
The villa’s back garden and all bedrooms face the sun set and sea.
Terrace with pool size 18 x 7 m (saline chlorination system) surrounded by pine trees, palm trees and colored bougainvilleas and has sun beds and umbrellas nearby plus a Balinese bed.
On the pool terrace there is a dining area with a large table, BBQ and outdoor cooking area with a fridge.
Outdoor laundry room (washing machine + dryer).
1 toilet with an outdoor shower.
Entering the house from the tower there are stairs that bring to the lower level while on the left side there is a hall that takes to 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed size 150cm and the other bedroom has 2 beds size 90cm and 1 bathroom with shower to share.
On this same level there is another bedroom with 2 beds size 135cm with a bathroom and a private entrance to the house.
Lower level:
1 living room with a chimney, 2 sofas, satellite LCD TV and a dining area with a large table and chairs
1 fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, a Nespresso coffee machine and a terrace with a table, chairs and a BBQ
