Beautiful villa in San Jordi,Villa Burgo is a large Ibiza villa rental close to Ibiza Town and Playa den Bossa. This Ibiza villa is in possibly the most in demand area for ibiza villa rentals. The area is called Sa Carroca, its popular because of its convenience, its very close to Playa den Bossa and Ibiza Town, 5 minutes in a taxi, there are loads of great super markets on your doorstep, as well as some nice restaurants and bars.
The main entrance is via a wonderful tropical garden with an unusual pool that slopes gently from the garden area. You enter the house via an open plan dining / living room / kitchen. The kitchen to the right of the front door has all the modern utensils and equipment. Ceramic hob, oven convection / microwave and dishwasher. There is a 2nd fridge freezer to the left of the dining area. The living area on the ground floor sis separated from the kitchen by a mid – height wall that doubles up as a breakfast bar. The living room has a satellite TV, WIFI throughout, sofa and large sliding doors that over look the swimming pool area and tropical garden.The villa has 6 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
