House Fera is a typical Ibizencan house of 400 m2 surrounded by orange groves in rustic farmhouse style contained within the grounds of 100.000 m2 situated in the north area of the island with ample room of up to eleven people. Restorations and alterations were made in 2006 which included added extensions and more rooms all preserving the original roofs of Sabina wood characteristic of Ibiza style. Thick walls which maintain a pleasant temperature during the summer months deem it unnecessary for the use of air-conditioning systems. Nearby is the main road to the small village of San Miguel which also links up with the rest of the island, for example, 3 minutes to the famous village of Santa Gertrudis , 15 minutes to Ibiza town and 20 minutes to the airport. Here you will be able to enjoy privacy and comfort in the middle of the ibizencan countryside. A few kms. from the house you can enjoy yourself on magnificent beaches such as Benirras or the Port of San Miguel where you can practise all sorts of nautical sports such as water skiing, diving etc. The area is also known for people who ‘like to come close to nature‘ who also might enjoy cycling, walking or horse back riding.
