Charming cottage with private pool located in Es Cubells, 10 min driving from san Josep, 20 min from Ibiza.
Built on a land plot of 6.800 m2 with access through a gate, Villa Renat is built on two levels and is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.
Pool terrace size 7 X 3,5 m with sun beds and umbrellas. Very nice sea view of the southern west coast of the island. On a beautiful bright sunny day, you can see Formentera. Relaxing area with a chill out and a ping-pong table.
